Is your sustainability approach really solid?
Many organisations, both public and private, have already begun working on environmental and sustainability matters. But between standards, reporting, regulatory expectations and decisions to make, it becomes hard to know what really matters and how to move forward.STN Hub brings an outside perspective to sort through it all, clarify priorities and build a useful approach, in service of your decisions.
CERTIFICATION OR LABEL PROJECT
Independent Swiss consulting, in service of your decisions.

In this context, starting with clarity is often the most useful step. The assessment helps you step back
and identify what really matters.
Strategic assessment
The assessment is the recommended entry point to understand your organization's key sustainability challenges and identify clear priorities for action.
Here's how it works:
01
A self-guided assessment
(30 minutes)
Identify what truly matters in a complex context and avoid focusing on secondary or misaligned topics.
02
A structured analysis
(written report)
An independent, external perspective to support strategic decision-making, backed by a written report with prioritized actions.
03
A debrief session
Visio
(45 minutes)
Determine whether further support is relevant, in what form, or confirm that no additional action is needed at this stage.
"This assessment helps identify priorities and define the next steps."
CHF 490/ EUR 520
Personalised written analysis and a debrief with an ISO 14001 auditor, the equivalent of half a day of consulting.
Clients outside Switzerland are invoiced in euros.

Here is a simplified preview of the type of analysis and report you receive after the assessment.

Céline immediately understood our company and what we needed. An efficient, focused approach, ideal for an SME looking to clarify its strategy without getting lost in long, complicated processes, or taking on the heavy, costly approach of the big consulting firms.
Ways to work together
